What do you want in 2020?

Some of the most common things people list are to be healthier, save money and work on their relationships.

Here is a tip for you. 

Work at it every day. 

If you want to write more, write a couple sentences a day, the paragraphs will soon build.

If you want to read more, read a page or two a day. Personally I read 10 pages a day of a book which will help my mind grow. 10 pages a day takes about 20 minutes (I’m a slow reader) but it means that by the end of the year I’ve read 3650 pages – the equivalent of 12 books.

If you want to eat better, eat a piece of fruit or vegetable every day. Drink a glass of water every morning, and another after lunch.

If you want to save money, save a couple of pounds or spare change every day. You can even get apps which help you do it without having to think at all.

If you want to be more active, get active for 10 minutes more each day. take a walk at lunchtime or park a little further way from the office and walk in. you’ll be amazed at how much better you will feel.

If you want closer relationships, send out a quick text to someone each day, or better still make time to meet for a coffee once a month.

You can accomplish the things you want if you work at it bit by bit! Small steps really can change your life!
