New Year wishes for you all

A friend and colleague of mine sent me this message just before Christmas – I loved it so much that I have borrowed it. It sums up all I wish for my clients for 2020 and beyond. Thank you Joy Medos for sharing…

Its that time of year when we look back at the year gone by and celebrate our achievements, honour who we have become, and indulge in some fun and food.

For this year to come, I hope that you make mistakes, many, many mistakes.

Because if you are making mistakes, then you are trying out new things, learning, living, pushing yourself, changing yourself, changing your world and the world around you.

It means you’re doing things you’ve never done before, and more importantly, you’re doing something you always wanted to.

So that’s my wish for you, and for all of us. To make new mistakes. To make glorious, amazing mistakes. To make mistakes nobody’s ever made before.

Don’t freeze, don’t stop, don’t worry that it isn’t good enough, or it isn’t perfect.

Whatever it is you’re scared of doing, DO IT.

So this is my call to action for you all. Personally I’m not great at making (and keeping) resolutions but I am good at making a start, taking action, moving forward and making the most of each day. I guess that’s why I’m writing this on New Years Day when my friends and family think I should be resting, relaxing and chilling!!! so i implore you all o make a start, draw up a plan, set yourself some stretching goals and work out what steps you need to take to move closer to success – whatever that means for you. If you need help then get in touch – I’m running a “Best Year Yet” workshop this month and there are a few places left but they are going fast! I’m looking forward to watching your marvellous mistakes this year and more than that to hearing about the lessons you are learning and the success these bring you.
